Agreement Between Customer and Ezzx Book Store
This website ("www.ezzx.com") ("Website") is operated by Ezzx Book Store ("Ezzx"), a company incorporated and operating in Malaysia. Reference to "www.ezzx.com" ("Website") shall include but not limited to access to the Website via desktop, laptop, mobile devices and/or any other devices capable of connecting to the internet.
The terms "we", "us" and "our" shall mean reference to Ezzx. The term "you" refers to the customers visiting the Website and/or ordering through us on the Website or through our Customer Support agents.
The Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below as well as the Privacy Policy and the Delivery Policy ("Terms of Use"). Please read the Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using the Website, making any orders or purchase on the Website, creating a membership account, downloading any digital content from the Website and/or contacting our Customer Support agents, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use in force at that material time and you are legally bound by the same.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our digital products including test paper answer sheets and business agreement templates. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
License Grant
Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and use the purchased digital products for personal or business purposes
- Make reasonable copies for backup purposes
- Use the templates and answer sheets in accordance with their intended purpose
License Restrictions
The digital products are licensed, not sold. You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital products with third parties
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use the products for any commercial resale purpose
- Use the products in violation of applicable laws
Prohibited Activities
The content and information on the Website as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. You agree to not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Website.
Additionally, you agree to not:
(a) use the Website or its contents for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
(b) make any speculative, false, or fraudulent transactions or monitor or copy any content or information of the Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission; deep-link to any portion of the Website for any purpose without our express written permission; or
(c) reproduce, display or otherwise provide access to the Website by usage of "frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of the Website into any other website without our prior written authorization.
If Ezzx has reason to suspect that you have breached the Terms of Use (including without limitation if you have made multiple transactions on the Website and Ezzx considers that any such transactions are for the purposes of reselling digital products) or your orders or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Ezzx may in its sole discretion cancel any transactions associated with your name, email address and/or account and close any account associated with Ezzx.
In such an event, Ezzx reserves its right to not refund to you the monies for the pending/cancelled orders. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Ezzx reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you are liable to bear the monetary losses suffered by Ezzx, including but not limited to legal costs, loss and damages.

- Receive download instructions via email
Payment Terms
- All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated
- Payment must be completed before product delivery
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the Website
- Many banks and credit card companies charge their account holders a transaction fee when the card issuer and the merchant location are in different countries
- The currency exchange rate, if applicable, and any transaction fee are determined solely by the bank or other agency processing the transaction
- The amount listed on your credit or debit card statement may differ from the figure shown on the billing summary page
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that:
- Contain incorrect pricing or product information
- Are suspected of fraudulent activity
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws
- Show signs of automated or bulk purchasing for resale
Digital Delivery and Download
Digital Delivery
- Products are delivered electronically via secure download links
- Download instructions are sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment
- You must download products within 30 days of purchase
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters

If you experience technical difficulties with downloads, contact our customer support at hello@ezzx.com within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds and Returns
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues prevent successful download within 30 days of purchase despite our support efforts
- Product delivered differs significantly from description
- Duplicate charges for the same product
- Payment processing errors
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact hello@ezzx.com within 30 days of purchase
- Provide order details and reason for refund request
- We will review and respond within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days
Intellectual Property
All the intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, patents, trademarks, registered designs, appearing on the Website as well as the digital products and web contents shall vest in and remain with Ezzx Book Store. The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Website are the property of Ezzx Book Store or other third parties and all rights to the Marks are expressly reserved.
You are not permitted to use any of the Marks without the prior written permission of Ezzx Book Store or such third party. Ezzx reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent allowed by the law. The brand name "Ezzx" or any other Marks may not be used in any way, including in any advertising or publicity without prior written permission of Ezzx Book Store.

In the event Ezzx is found to be liable for damages despite the foregoing provision, you agree that Ezzx's aggregate liability to you for any and all causes of action in relation to the Website, services and the Agreement shall not exceed the sum of RM100 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Ezzx Book Store and any of its officers, directors, employees, partners and agents harmless from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees on a full indemnity basis, brought by you or on your behalf or by third parties as a result of:
- Your breach of the Terms of Use or the documents referenced herein
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
- Your use or connection of the Website
- Your unauthorized use or distribution of our digital products

Account Termination
Ezzx has adopted a policy of terminating inappropriate accounts depending on the circumstances without notice and without assigning any reason. You agree that Ezzx has the sole and absolute discretion to restrict, suspend or terminate the accounts of the subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers, without assigning any reason.
Ezzx may also at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice and without assigning any reason, limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of Ezzx or others, whether or not it is a repeat infringement.
Termination by You
You may stop using our services at any time. Account termination does not affect your license to use previously purchased digital products in accordance with these Terms.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. By accessing the Website, you hereby consented to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Selangor, Malaysia, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website. Use of the Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the Terms of Use.
General Provisions
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, agency or employment relationship exists between you and Ezzx as a result of the Terms of Use or use of the Website and neither party shall have any authority to bind the other in any way.
Our performance of the Terms of Use is subjected to existing laws and legal process. If any part of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
